The Court, upon reviewing the Joint Motion for Reconsideration of Order Denying Joint Motion to Vacate and Re-Set Trial Date and Request for Scheduling Hearing, and being fully advised, ORDERS: That the motion is granted. The five day trial in this case set to begin on July 11, 2006 is vacated. A scheduling hearing shall be set upon further notice of the Court to discuss discovery issues and re-set the trial date.
