ORDERED: Defendant Philips Medical Systems' Motion for Protective Order to Limit Expert Fees of Dr. Ross Wilkins and Motion to Set Deposition Date for Dr. Ross Wilkins (Docket no. 140) is GRANTED as follows. The fee for Dr. Wilkins is set at $500 per hour for his deposition. The parties are to meet and confer to set a date of Wilkins' deposition. The deposition shall be completed within the month of July 2005. Dr. Wilkin' deposition shall be limited to a maximum s of seven hours. If counsel have trouble setting Dr. Wilkins' deposition, counsel shall immediately file a motion and the court will address it forthwith.
