This court has given the parties adequate time to complete discovery and has extended deadlines, in the past, to complete discovery. Plaintiff has failed to establish good cause to extend such deadlines any further. Moreover, Judge Matsch has set a Final Pretrial Conference on September 9, 2005, and discovery needs to be complete before September 9, 2005. Accordingly, it is further ORDERED that the deadline to complete discovery is September 8, 2005, instead of November 1, 2005.
