The Court enters the following ORDERS: (a) (b) Plaintiff's case is hereby dismissed with prejudice; Judgment is entered in favor of Defendants Pickering, Ladrini, Maize, and Anderson, and against Plaintiff in the amount of $135.00; (c) Judgment is entered in favor of Defendants Pickering, Ladrini, Maize, and Anderson, and against Plaintiff for the reasonable expenses incurred due to Plaintiff's noncompliance, including attorney's fees.
