Dear Mr. Madry: As you know, on July 12, 2005 the Court reset the Preliminary Scheduling/Status Conference for August 15, 2005 at 9:45 a.m. Unfortunately, we have a scheduling conflict and will be moving the Court to reset the Preliminary Scheduling/Status Conference for another date which is convenient for the Court. The purpose of this letter is confer with you regarding the filing of this motion as is required by D.C.COLO.LCivR 7.1(A). Accordingly, we would ask that you please contact our office to advise whether you will oppose or not oppose a Motion to Reset the Preliminary Scheduling/Status Conference. Additionally, we would like to provide alternative dates to the Court and, would propose the morning of August 16, 2005, or at any time of the day on August 17,2005 or August 18,2005.
