It is further ORDERED that plaintiff' Motion for Order to Cure Final Pretrial Order filed June 14, s 2005 [filed June 16, 2005, Doc. # 113] and plaintiff' Motion for Unopposed Additional s Extension of Time to Respond to Defendants' Supplemental Reply to Defendants Reply Brief and ` Reply to Defendant' Summary Judgment 0629 [filed August 3, 2005, doc. Sur s no. 136] are denied without prejudice pending the appointment of counsel. It is further ORDERED that a status conference is set for September 16, 2005 at 10:00 a.m. in Courtroom A-501, when volunteer counsel for plaintiff shall appear and be prepared to discuss plaintiff' claims, the pending dispositive motion, and trial preparation, if any. s Plaintiff is not required to appear on September 16, 2005.
