The Court will allow plaintiff or defendant to list plaintiffs' physicians ok under Rule 702. ORDERED: ORDERED: Rule 26(a)(3) Exhibits Exchange will be done by June 27, 2005. Rule 26(a)(3) Objections will be filed by July 8, 2005.
Discussion regarding attached exhibits F, G, and H, added to the proposed pretrial order. The Court informs Mr. Johnson that Defendant' Unopposed Motion for Leave to File s Supplement to Reply to Motion for Summary Judgment in Civil Action No. 03-cv-2435-PSFPAC(Doc. No. 108; Filed 6/8/05) was GRANTED today. The Plaintiff has 20 days to respond if she wants to. The Court informs Ms. Sandle that all information regarding a settlement conference will be crossed out on the proposed pretrial order because it is considered confidential information. Discussion regarding remaining claim from the consolidated case no. 04-cv-00639-PSF-PAC. ORDERED: Defendant' Oral Motion to Have the Court Consider Argument on the s Constitutional Claim Identified by Judge Figa in Defendant' Reply in s Support of Motion for Summary Judgment in Civil Action No. 04-cv-00639PSF-PAC is GRANTED. Plaintiff may file a Sur-Reply on or before July 18, 2005.
