The parties to the above-captioned actions, by and through their below-signed counsel, hereby jointly move for an eight-day continuance of the status hearing presently scheduled in this case, from Tuesday, October 18, 2005 at 1:30 p.m., to Wednesday,

October 26, 2005, at 9:00 a.m. The Court has indicated that this date is presently available for the continued hearing. As grounds for this requested continuance plaintiff states that the continuance will provide plaintiff's counsel an additional period of time to review documents in this case and prepare for the status hearing. The parties note that the status hearing was originally scheduled by the Court for October 26, 2005. See Docket Entry No. 153. Due to scheduling difficulties the parties requested that the hearing be reset for October 18, 2005. See Docket Entry No. 154. Those scheduling difficulties have been resolved, and consequently the parties submit that the status hearing will be most effective if it is scheduled once again for October 26. WHEREFORE, the parties to the above-captioned actions, by and through their below-signed counsel, hereby jointly move for a continuance of the status hearing from Tuesday, October 18, 2005 at 1:30 p.m., to Wednesday, October 26, 2005, at 9:00 a.m.
