THIS MATTER having come before this Court upon the Defendant's Motion in Limine to Strike Testimony of Dr. Hawkins Re: Plaintiff's Ability to Continue to Work as a Locomotive Engineer for the Remainder of His Work Life and to Prohibit Plaintiff from Arguing that He Will Not Be Able to Continue to Work as a Locomotive Engineer for the Remainder of His Work Life, and this Court being fully advised in the matter; IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Defendant's Motion in Limine is granted.
