Employee Records

An employees, at the time they are hired, are required to provide certain information for the purpses of ensunng proper benefis coverage, contacting individuals in case of emergency and complying with Federal and state regulations. Please notify Human Resources as soon as possible if your name, address, telephone number, marital status, name

and number of dependents or emergency contact information changes.
Hiring Of Relatives

Your relatives are not eligible for employment with HHF where potential problems with supervision, secunty, moral or potential conflicts of interest exist. This policy applies to all relatives and cohabitants and friendships that parallel a relative relationship. All offers of employment extended to relatives of existing Employees are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must be approved by Senior Management. Employees who marry or become related while the Company employs both are subject to evaluation.
HHF has established the following employee classifications for the eligibility for Company benefits and how you are paid.

Full-time Employees Full-time employees are regularly scheduled to work forty (40) hours per week. Full-time employees, except those classified as temporary, are
eligible for all Company benefits.

Part-time Employees
Part-time employees are regularly scheduled to work less than forty (40) hours per week. Part-time employees who work a minimum of thirty (30)

hours per week are also eligible for the Company's insurance benefits. All employees, regardless of the number of hours worked each week, may participate in the Company's 401 (k) Plan.

Temporary
Temporary employees are hired on a full-time or part-time basis for a specified limited duration due to special projects, abnormal workloads, or emergencies. Temporary, fun-time employees are hired to work at least forty (40) hours per week. Temporary, part-time employees are hired to work less than forty (40) hours per week.

Non-exempt Employees

Non-exempt employees are full-time or part-time employees who are
eligible for overtime provisions under the Federal Fair Labor Standards Act and applicable state laws. Non-exempt employees are entitled to

overtime pay when they have worked in excess of fort (4) hours in one
workweek.

Exempt Employees
Exempt employees are full-time or part-time employees who are not eligible for overtime provisions, regardless of the number of hours worked within one work day or one work week. Generany, HHF employees who hold supervisory, managerial, and certain technical and administrative positions are exempt.

Performance Appraisals Salary
Review

A performance appraisal is an opportunity for you and your supervisor to discuss your job performance, responsibilities. accomplishments and

developmental opportunities. All employees wil receive a performance review on an annual basis in accordance with Company policy. A meri Budget, if any, wil be determined annually by Executive Management. Increases in salary are discretionary and are based on individual
performance, Company performance, and market conditions~

Expense Reimbursement

Employees wil be reimbursed

for reasonable business expense such as

mileage, travel and accommodations, which they are required to incur. Please discuss appropriate levels of spending and pnor approvals with Supervisor before incurring such expenses. Employees who are eligible

for reimbursement wil be reimbursed through Accounting. Expense
reports must be submitted to Aecounting within 30 days of the date when the expense wa,s incurred. All business expense must be submitted to the Controller for review and approval. Expenses greater than $25 must be accompanied by an original receipt.

Paydays

The Company's paydays are twice per month on the fifeenth and the
last day of the month, or the fifh and the twentieth, depending on your location. If payday,falls on a weekend or a Company holiday, you will

usually receive your paycheck on the preceding workday. '
Full-time Employees who are paid a base salary are paid current through

the end of the pay period. There. is no delay or lag time. For example,
full-time employees receive their payment of wa~es on the 15th of

the

month for work performed from the 1 Sl to the 15' of the month. Payment of wages on the last day of the month is for the work performed from the

16th to the last day of the month. Adjustments for payment of hours not worked (i.e. vacation, sick leave, etc.) wil be reflected in the payment of wages received on the following payday, provided a Record Sheet is
submitted to Human Resources by the required date.
