ORDER FOR RELEASE OF SUPERSEDEAS BOND Blackburn, J. This matter is before me on the plaintiff's Unopposed Motion for Release of Supersedeas Bond [#204], filed June 26, 2008. The motion is unopposed and the plaintiff has shown good cause for release of the bond. THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows: 1. That plaintiff's Unopposed Motion for Release of Supersedeas Bond [#204], filed June 26, 2008, is GRANTED; 2. That the Supersedeas Bond [#197], filed October 18, 2007, in the amount of Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($2,500,000.00), SHALL BE RELEASED; 3. That the original bond, currently in the possession of defendants, Gary and Joanne Boyce, SHALL BE TRANSMITTED forthwith to Erich Schwiesow, attorney for plaintiff Peter Hornick; and
