NOTICE OF FILING OF RELEASE OF JUDGMENT LIEN WITH COURT

Plaintiff Peter Hornick, by and through his undersigned attorneys, gives notice that attached to this Notice as Exhibit 1 is an executed Release of Judgment Lien. The Release of Judgment Lien is filed with the Court to be held by the Clerk of the Court until the Boyces file their supersedeas bond, pursuant to the Order of the Court dated October 1, 2007 (Document 194), and thereafter to be delivered as directed in the Order. WHEREFORE Plaintiff Hornick requests that the Court Clerk hold and subsequently deliver the Release of Judgment Lien pursuant to the terms set forth in the Order of the Court entered October 1, 2007 (Document 194).
