Ireland, Stapleton, Pryor & Pascoe, P.C. ("ISPP"), by Timothy G. Atkinson, hereby moves this Court for an order allowing Barbara Weil Laff to withdraw her appearance in the above-captioned matter as attorney of record for Defendant Pason Systems USA Corp. As grounds for this motion, ISPP states that Ms. Laff is now employed as a teacher at Eastridge Elementary School in Denver, Colorado. Because she is not currently practicing with ISPP in other than an "of counsel" capacity, and the matter is now staffed by other members of the firm, her appearance as counsel of record in this matter should be withdrawn. WHEREFORE, Ireland, Stapleton, Pryor & Pascoe, P.C. respectfully requests that this Court enter the attached Order for Withdrawal, allowing Barbara Weil Laff to withdraw her appearance as attorney of record for Defendant Pason Systems USA Corp. in this matter.
