HEARING: SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT PLACED ON THE RECORD Court In Session: 12:27 p.m. Court calls case. Present are Mr. DeBauche and Mr. Gonzales, and Defense counsel. Ms. Bravo attended the settlement conference but is not present in the courtroom. The Court recites the tentative settlement agreement which has been reached. Court questions Mr. Gonzales and his attorney as to their understanding and agreement with the terms stated. Court questions Defense counsel as to their understanding and agreement with the terms stated. Court requests confirmation from all parties their understanding of and agreement with the terms as the Court has stated, and all participants indicate in the affirmative. It is ORDERED: Stipulated Motion of Dismissal and a proposed Order of Dismissal are to be submitted to the Court on or before MARCH 31, 2006. All further settings and deadlines in this case will be vacated. HEARING CONCLUDES.
