ORDER ENTERED BY MAGISTRATE JUDGE CRAIG B. SHAFFER Pursuant to the Order of Reference for Settlement Purposes entered by Senior District Judge Matsch on December 20, 2005, it is hereby ORDERED that a settlement conference is to be set in the above captioned matter. Upon a review of the calendar the court has the following dates/times available: January 23, 2006, at 3:30 p.m.; January 27, 2006, at 2:00 p.m.; and February 3, 2006, at 9:00 a.m. Counsel are instructed to confer with their clients and each other to agree on a mutually convenient date and time. Upon making a selection, counsel are to contact the court (303.844.2117) no later than December 30, 2005. It is further ORDERED that counsel shall have parties present who shall have full authority to negotiate all terms and demands presented by the case, and full authority to enter into a settlement agreement, including an adjustor if an insurance company is involved. " authority"means that the person who attends the Full settlement conference has the complete and unfettered capacity and authority to meet or pay all terms or amounts which are demanded or sought by the other side of the case without consulting with some other person, committee or agency.
