the City and County and Denver at all times relevant to this matter. 2. On February 24, 2002, while at the Phillips 66 station located at 450 North

Federal Boulevard, Larry Gomba discharged from a tank a green liquid substance. 3. On February 24, 2002, Defendants Richard Blea, Nick Sagan, and Josh

Vasconcellos responded to a call for an illegal dumping at the Phillips 66 station located at 450 North Federal Boulevard. 4. On February 24, 2002, Plaintiff Lillian Barton was issued a General Sessions

Summons & Complaint for violation of Municipal Ordinance 38-31 for interfering with police authority.
