ORDER DENYING DEFENDANTS'MOTION FOR CONTINUANCE OF TRIAL

The defendants' Motion to Continue Trial Date (Dkt. # 247), filed June 23, 2006, which seeks to continue the trial in this matter now set for July 11, 2006 at 8:30 a.m., is DENIED and trial will proceed as scheduled. Counsel are directed to be present at 8:15 a.m. on July 11, 2006 to address any pretrial matters. In order to accommodate the scheduling problem of Defendant Blea set forth in the defendant' motion, he is excused from attending the trial for such periods of time s as he must be away, and the Court will take his testimony out of turn if necessary.
