This matter comes before the Court on Defendant Vasconcellos' Unopposed Motion to Continue Trial Date of October 3, 2006 (Dkt. # 279), filed September 27, 2006, asserting that the recent death of his father would make Defendant Vasconcellos' attendance at trial difficult. is GRANTED and the Court ORDERS that the three-day jury trial currently set to commence October 3, 2006 is CONTINUED to Wednesday, November 15, 2006 at 8:30 a.m. Counsel are DIRECTED to be present at 8:15 a.m. on November 15, 2006 to address any pretrial matters.
