Pluss, Assistant Federal Public Defender, and moves to withdraw from the representation of Mr. Ford with regards to a proposed modification of supervised release, and as grounds therefore states as follows: 1. On October 11, 2006, Honorable Magistrate Judge Boyd Boland appointed the

Office of the Federal Public Defender to represent Mr. Ford as to a proposed modification of terms and conditions of supervised release. 2. The Office of the Federal Public Defender has an irreconcilable conflict of interest

in the representation of Mr. Ford.

WHEREFORE, the Office of the Federal Public Defender respectfully moves for an Order allowing the Office of the Federal Public Defender to withdraw from the representation of Mr. Ford and for appointment of CJA counsel on behalf of Mr. Ford with regards to the proposed modification of probation.
