IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE DISTRICT OF COLORADO

Criminal Case No. 04-cr-00088-REB UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, Plaintiff, v. 1. JON CLARK, Defendant.

ORDER

THE COURT has reviewed and considered the motion of the United States of America ("Government") to grant the defendant a three-level decrease in the offense level, pursuant to the United States Sentencing Guidelines, for the timely acceptance of responsibility. The Government has informed the Court "that the defendant has assisted authorities in the investigation [and] prosecution of his own misconduct by timely notifying the authorities of his intention to enter a plea of guilty." U.S.S.G. ยง 3E1.1(b). Having reviewed the file in this case, and having heard the statements of counsel in open court on this matter, the Court is sufficiently advised in the premises. The Court finds and concludes that the Government's motion is well grounded and should be granted.
