ORDER EXTENDING VOLUNTARY SURRENDER

This matter is before the Court upon the request of the probation officer, and the Court having been advised that on the 7th day of June, 2006, defendant was sentenced to 15 months custody of the Bureau of Prisons, and was scheduled to voluntarily surrender on July 10, 2006, at twelve o' clock noon. The defendant was designated by the Bureau of Prisons on July 6, 2006, which does not give sufficient time to permit notification of defendant.
