Trial by jury is scheduled to commence on Monday, April 2, 2007, for 40 days. The court and counsel discuss pretrial motions. The Court will seat 12 jurors with 4 alternate jurors. The Government shall have 6 regular peremptory challenges with 2 additional challenges as to the alternate jurors. The Defendants shall have 10 regular peremptory challenges with 2 additional challenges as to the alternate jurors. The Defendants make an oral motion for 6 peremptory challengers per defendant. The Defendants' Oral Motion for 6 Peremptory Challengers per Defendant is taken under advisement. The court and counsel discuss the jury questionnaire issued by the Court. The parties shall submit written questions for the Court' jury questionnaire on or s before March 12, 2007.
