ORDER:

All motions that could not have been filed in conformance with the trial preparation order that was imposed in this case shall be filed by July 8, 2005. Re-submission of joint jury instructions, joint verdict form, a revised witness list, and a revised exhibit list shall also be filed by July 8, 2005. Stipulated M otion to Dismiss with Prejudice all Claims against Defendant Progressive Specialty Insurance Company (Doc. #140) is granted. All claims against Progressive Specialty Insurance Company are dismissed with prejudice. M otion for Partial Summary Judgment (Doc. #91) is denied. The anticipated motions for summary judgment and motions in limine, which should have been timely filed pursuant to the trial preparation order 45 days before this conference, are now barred.
