Pursuant to and in accordance with the Order entered on January 25, 2006, by Judge Walker D. Miller, which is incorporated herein by reference as if fully set forth, it is ORDERED that this case is administratively closed as to defendant Jacqueline Hatcher. It is FURTHER ORDERED that the plaintiff' Second Motion for Entry of Judgment, filed s December 16, 2005 is granted. It is FURTHER ORDERED that judgment shall enter in favor of plaintiff The Kit Carson Bank and against defendant Hughes Livestock, Inc. in the amount $144,358.85, plus statutory interest at the legal rate from September 2, 2005, until the amount of judgment is paid. It is FURTHER ORDERED that plaintiff may have his costs upon the filing of a Bill of Costs
