The Court having reviewed the motion and being advised in the premises: IT IS ORDERED that Plaintiff The Kit Carson State Bank's Second Motion for Entry of Judgment Against Hughs Livestock, Inc. is GRANTED.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that judgment shall be entered in favor of The Kit Carson State Bank and against Defendant Hughs Livestock, Inc. in the amount of $144,358.85 plus statutory interest, from and after the date of judgment until the full amount of the judgment is paid; IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a separate Judgment will enter.
