IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that, notwithstanding such dismissal, the Court shall retain jurisdiction, if necessary, to enforce the terms of a settlement agreement between the parties, dated effective August 5, 2005, including the enforcement of any confession of judgment provision thereunder.
