Affiant, Colleen M. Rea, submits this Affidavit in Support of Defendant Omni Properties' Bill of Costs: 1. I am an attorney with the law firm of Ford & Harrison LLP, attorneys for defendant Omni Properties in the above-captioned case. Prior to joining Ford & Harrison LLP, I was an attorney with Stromberg Cleveland Crawford & Schmidt P.C. 2. I have direct, personal knowledge of the work performed in this case.

3. Based upon my personal knowledge of this case, the costs set forth in the Bill of Costs are actual costs, necessarily incurred in the case, and the attached invoices (Exhibit A) are true and correct copies of charges billed to Omni Properties or the insurance carrier responsible for the case. Attached as Exhibit B is a synopsis of the costs contained within the invoices referenced in Exhibit A.
