OMNI PROPERTIES, Defendant. _____________________________________________________________________________ PLAINTIFF'S DISCLOSURE OF SUPPLEMENTAL EXPERT REPORT ______________________________________________________________________________ Plaintiff, Jason Steinbach, by and through his undersigned counsel, respectfully submits this supplemental expert report, pursuant to Rule 26(e)(1), Fed.R.Civ.P. On October 22, 2004, Plaintiff submitted the expert report of Michael D. Mead, Ed.D., 280 Columbine, Suite 210, CO 80206, (303) 320-5470. In that submission, plaintiff reported that "Dr. Mead reserves the right to supplement his report once provided to defendant and plaintiff specifically reserves the right to supplement this disclosure statement with respect to the report of Dr. Mead pursuant to F.R.C.P. 26(e)(1)." Dr. Mead has exercised the right to supplement his report. Dr. Mead's supplemental report is attached hereto as Exhibit A. Plaintiff anticipates that Dr. Mead will testify in accordance with his report, any depositions that might be taken concerning the effects of plaintiff's termination by Omni Properties, and this supplemental report.
