The matter before the court is Plaintiff's Unopposed Motion for the Following Relief: (1) To Permit the Filing of the Plaintiff's Opposing Law Memorandum to the Defendants' Motion to Dismiss the Complaint of Docket Number 06-cv-02189 in Excess of the Number of Pages Permitted by the Local Rules of This Court; and (2) To Permit the Electronic Filing of the Plaintiff's Opposing Law Memorandum by March 20th, 2007 Instead of March 16, 2007 [#124], filed March 14, 2007. The motion is GRANTED in part, and DENIED in part, as described below. This court previously permitted the Qwest defendants and the plaintiff to file a motion to dismiss and response up to 22 pages in length. Order [#118], filed January 16, 2007. The Qwest defendants' motion to dismiss is 22 pages in length. The plaintiff has not demonstrated good cause for a further extension of this court's page limitations, as they relate to the defendant's response to the Qwest defendants' motion to dismiss. The plaintiff's motion for further extension of the page limitation is DENIED. The plaintiff's motion for an extension of time to complete the filing of its response is GRANTED, and the plaintiff shall have until March 20, 2007, to file its response to the Qwest defendants' motion to dismiss. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that counsel shall adhere to this court's practice standard REB Civ. Practice Standard II.E. that all papers filed with the court by anyone other than a judicial officer shall be in an Arial 12 point font (exclusive of footnotes and
