IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE DISTRICT OF COLORADO Civil Action No. 04-cv-01049-EWN-PAC MITCHELL THEOPHILUS GARRAWAY, Plaintiff, v. UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, et al., Defendants. ________________________________________________________________________ MOTION TO RESET STATUS CONFERENCE ________________________________________________________________________ In the Court's order (Doc. 147) setting a status conference for Friday, October 13, 2006, at 3:45 p.m., it requested that the defendants arrange for the plaintiff's participation by video-teleconference. Plaintiff is currently an inmate at the United States Penitentiary in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania. (The docket sheet does not reflect that plaintiff has provided a current address to the Court.) The Bureau of Prisons has informed the undersigned that arranging a video-teleconference at 5:45 p.m. EST would pose logistical difficulties due to the lack of staff. USP Lewisburg is scheduled to receive 200 inmates on October 13, 2006, for intake processing, and the majority of the administrative staff work shifts ending at 4 p.m. EST. Accordingly, the Bureau of Prisons respectfully requests that the hearing be reset to a different date and time. The
