ORDER GRANTING JOINT VENTURE'S MOTION TO COMPEL RETURN OF ATTORNEY-CLIENT PRIVILEGED DOCUMENTS This matter, having come before the Court on the Joint Venture's Motion to Compel Return of Attorney-Client Privileged Documents (the "Motion), and the Court being sufficiently advised in the premises, hereby GRANTS the Motion and orders Wolf Creek Ski Corporation, Inc., ("Ski Corporation") to return to the Joint Venture the documents reflected in Defendant's Exhibit A attached to the Motion. The Ski Corporation is further directed that no information obtained from the privileged documents produced by Pete Leavell may be used in any manner in this proceedings or in any other matter. The return of the above referenced privileged documents is to be completed by ___________________________, 2006.
