NOTICE OF ERRATA Defendant Leavell-McCombs Joint Venture, by and through the undersigned counsel, hereby informs the Court and all parties of a minor typographical error in the recently filed Defendant's Reply in Support of Motion for Bifurcation. In the first sentence of the second paragraph on Page 3, should be changed to read: "[f]irst, while the Joint Venture certainly expected environmental and bureaucratic hurdles, it never could have foreseen abject betrayal and fraud on the part of Wolf Creek, its original partner in this deal."
