Discussion is held regarding the dispute as to the location for the depositions of the Defendants. Mr. Cross requests the depositions be held in Alamosa, Mr. Lane requests the depositions be held in Denver. Counsel are to confer and attempt to resolve this issue. The Court deems the parties have satisfied their obligation to consult with the Court as to discovery disputes. Therefore, if counsel are unable to come to a mutually acceptable agreement on the location and scheduling of the depositions, motions may be filed.
