ORDER DENYING MOTION TO SEAL RECORD AND DOCUMENT

This civil action was dismissed by this Court' order entered on January 25, s 2006. On May 11, 2006, F. Cooper Ward filed a motion to seal the record and document, claiming that this was a meritless action which was dismissed for the failure of the plaintiff to prosecute after withdrawal of John F. McBride as counsel who filed the complaint. The pleadings in the case speak for themselves and this Court can make no determination with respect to the motivation for bringing the complaint.
