Cohen (hereinafter referred to as "Plaintiff"), by and through his attorneys, Bendinelli Law Office, P.C., hereby files this Unopposed Motion to Vacate the February 13, 2006 Trial Setting Conference and Re-Set for a Later Date, and states and alleges as follows: 1. A January 30, 2006 Minute Order set the Trial Setting Conference in this matter for February 13, 2006. 2. Undersigned Counsel will not be in Denver, Colorado until February 14, 2006. 3. 4. In the alternative, the undersigned counsel can appear by telephone. Counsel for Plaintiff has conferred with all counsel in the case and no parties object to have the Scheduling Conference reset.
