ORDER GRANTING EXTENSION OF EXPERT DISCOVERY DEADLINE ______________________________________________________________________________ UPON CONSIDERATION of the unopposed Motion of Defendant Lionbridge Technologies, Inc., to extend the discovery deadline, and good cause appearing therefore, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that, solely for the purpose of Defendant Lionbridge taking the deposition of Plaintiff' expert witness, Defendant Lionbridge' Motion is GRANTED and s s the discovery cut-off deadline in this case shall be December 15, 2005. It is further ORDERED that the dispositive motion deadline is extended to no later than December 15, 2005. It is further ORDERED that the final pretrial conference set for March 6, 2006, is VACATED and RESET to April 26, 2006, at 10:45 a.m. (Mountain Time) in Courtroom A-402, Fourth Floor, of the Alfred A. Arraj U.S. Courthouse, 901 19th Street, Denver, Colorado. Parties are directed to submit their proposed final pretrial order five (5) days before the scheduled conference.
