Plaintiff' MOTION FOR ORDER CLARIFYING SCOPE OF s EXPERT TESTIMONY OF BART CHAVEZ (Docket No. 80, Filed December 13, 2005) is GRANTED for reasons as stated on the record. WITHIN TWO WEEKS OF TODAY, Mr. Chavez must submit a Supplement to his previous report.

If it is determined by Defense counsel that Defendants need to re-open the deposition of Mr. Chavez, limited to the supplemental opinions, they may do so. If the scheduling of this deposition becomes problematic, counsel shall call chambers (303) 844-2117 to request a conference with Magistrate Judge Shaffer. If it is determined by Defense counsel that further designation of experts is needed, an appropriate motion must be filed.
