T EG L MA S C SD F N A T ' H O D N A H E E D N S UNOPPOSED MOTION FOR ONE-DAY EXTENSION TO RESCHEDULE TRIAL The Goldman Sachs Defendants1 move for a one-day extension, to and including July 1, 2005, to reschedule the Trial date previously vacated. The grounds for the Motion is a

professional conflict due to out-of-country travel on another case. Plaintiffs do not oppose the relief sought by this motion. As grounds for this motion, the Goldman Sachs Defendants state: 1. By Order entered June 22, 2005 (Dkt. No. 151), the Court granted Plaintiffs'Unopposed "

Motion to Continue and Reset Hearing, For Protective Order and For Expedited Ruling"(Dkt. No. 150). The Order, among other things, vacated the trial set for July 19-20, 2005, and ordered the parties to jointly contact chambers by June 30, 2005 to reschedule the trial. 2. Local counsel for the Goldman Sachs Defendants with responsibility for scheduling and handling the trial, Bruce Featherstone, is currently outside the United States traveling on another professional matter, a trip previously scheduled for some time. He returns to Denver during the evening of June 30 and is available to participate in a call to chambers on the morning of July 1 to reschedule the trial. Plaintiffs do not object to the relief requested. 5. A form of order granting the relief requested is submitted for review, consideration, and entry by the Court. WHEREFORE, the Goldman Sachs Defendants respectfully move for an Order granting the relief requested.
