Counsel shall contact chambers by telephone to reschedule the trial on or before June 30, 2005. The deadlines for filing witness lists, exhibit list and other deadlines set at the Final Pre-Trial Conference on June 16, 2005 are hereby extended and reset for the same number of days preceding the newly scheduled hearing. The M otion for Protective Order regarding the depositions of Tom Graziano and Bind Rite Services, Inc. scheduled for June 22, 2005 is granted. The parties shall reschedule the depositions by agreement. The Goldman Sachs Defendants shall have up to and including July 11, 2005 in which to
