Pursuant to D.C.Colo.LCivR 83.3D, the undersigned, Lee Katherine Goldstein, hereby respectfully requests that this Court enter an Order granting her permission to withdraw her appearance on behalf of Malik M. Hasan, M.D. and Seeme G. Hasan, in the above-captioned case. In support of this motion, the undersigned states as follows: 1. Lee Katherine Goldstein and Glenn W. Merrick previously entered

appearances on behalf of Malik M. Hasan, M.D. and Seeme G. Hasan in the above-captioned case.

employed by Senn Visciano Kirschenbaum Merrick P.C. 3. Glenn W. Merrick of Senn Visciano Kirschenbaum Merrick P.C. will

continue to represent Malik M. Hasan, M.D. and Seeme G. Hasan in this case. 4. The undersigned hereby certifies that a copy of this Motion to

Withdraw has been served upon Malik M. Hasan, M.D. and Seeme G. Hasan, all counsel of record and any pro se parties who have entered appearances in this case. Malik M. Hasan, M.D. and Seeme G. Hasan has been notified of the undersigned's request to withdraw and that Glenn W. Merrick will continue to represent Malik M. Hasan, M.D. and Seeme G. Hasan in this proceeding.
