ORDER GRANTING MOTION TO COMPEL ACCESS TO DOCUMENTS FOR NONDESTRUCTIVE INSPECTION AND TESTING THIS MATTER comes before the Court on " Named Defendants' The Motion To Compel Access To Documents For Nondestructive Inspection And Testing," filed July 26, 2005. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that said motion is GRANTED. Plaintiffs are ordered to promptly allow the Named Defendants and Mr. Vacca access to the seven original documents identified in the motion, for non-destructive inspection and testing by Mr. Vacca at his laboratory/office in Battlement Mesa, Colorado.
