Daniel Scheid of the law firm of Lewis Scheid LLC, hereby stipulate that the Court issue an Order to Pay on the writ of garnishment issued to Colorado State Bank and Trust, N.A. on September 29, 2005 for which the garnishee filed an Answer that indicated it held $72,109.54 in a checking account in the name of Defendant College Partnership. The parties stipulate and agree that Colorado State Bank and Trust, N.A., should deliver said funds to the Plaintiff Student Marketing Group, Attention Dan Scheid, Lewis Scheid LLC, 2300 15th Street, #320, Denver, CO 80202. WHEREFORE, the parties request that an Order to Pay be issued forthwith to Colorado State Bank and Trust, N.A..
