Argument by Ms. Orsini Argument by Mr. Burg Argument by Mr. McElhinny Statement by Mr. Scheid Court' comments s What the Court is going to do at this time is set the amount of supersedeas bond in the amount of $400,000.00 -- subject to approval by the Court; the Court will have to sign off on it ­ and stay further execution of the Judgment, including stay of the writs of garnishment now issued, until Tuesday, October 18, 2005, at the hour of 8:00 a.m. at which time the Court will further review the stay the Court enters today. ORDERED: A hearing on the review of stay of execution of Judgment is set at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 18, 2005. Mr. McElhinny may appear by telephone.
