THE COURT ORDERS Bank of the West. to immediately pay to the registry of this Court the amount of $19,663.89, the amount certified by the Bank in its answer to the Plaintiff's Writ of Garnishment ­Judgment Debtor Other Than Natural Person, from the checking account in the name of College Partnership, Inc..

THE COURT FURTHER ORDERS the Clerk of the Court to then pay over these funds to the Plaintiff in partial satisfaction of the judgment debt Defendant owes to the Plaintiff.
