Babcock, United States District Chief Judge, on April 3, 2006, it is FURTHER ORDERED that Defendant' motion to amend the January 3, 2006 s Judgment Awarding Attorney Fees and Costs is granted. The Judgment Awarding Attorney Fees and Costs is amended to correct the error in the calculation of costs and fees of $5,169.32. 1
