Motion to Compel Discovery Regarding Damages and for Sanctions Under Seal. The Court
finds that the parties have agreed to the filing of such exhibit under seal in a Stipulated
Confidentiality Protective Order. (See

Ill.) Good cause therefore exists for filing

the above-referenced exhibit under seal.

The Court ORDERS that Defendant GeoSyntec may file Exhibit 10 under seal in
