Defendants TIC ­The Industrial Company and Geosyntec Consultants, Inc., move under Local Rule 7.2 for entry of an order permitting the filing under seal of its Reply in Support of Motion for Summary Judgment on Damages. As grounds, paragraph 10 of the Stipulated Confidentiality Protective Order, entered on April 27, 2006, provides that " all Confidential Information that is filed with the Court, and any pleadings, motions or other papers filed with the Court disclosing Confidential Information shall be filed under seal." The text of the Reply, and attached exhibit A-10 contains reference to information contained in documents that have been marked Confidential Information by the Plaintiff.
