As grounds, paragraph 10 of the Stipulated Confidentiality Protective Order, entered on April 27, 2006, provides that " Confidential Information that is filed with the Court, and any pleadings, motions or other all papers filed with the Court disclosing Confidential Information shall be filed under seal." The text of the Motion, and attached exhibits A, B, and C contain reference to information contained in documents that have been marked Confidential Information by the Plaintiff.
