This matter having come before the Court on the parties Stipulated Motion for Extension of Time to File Objections Contemplated by Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(a)(3) ("Motion"), and the Court being advised in the premises of the Motion and finding good cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Motion is GRANTED. The deadline to file and serve all objections is extended to the earlier of July 1, 2008, or ninety (90) days prior to the trial of this case; and the deadline for submission of a final exhibit list is extended to August 15, 2008, or fortyfive (45) days prior to the trial of this case.
