Defendants'Stipulated Motion for Extension of Time to File Objections Contemplated by Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 26(a)(3) [Filed June 27, 2007; Docket #283] is granted. The parties seek an extension based on the volume of exhibits, but seek to present these objections shortly before trial when no trial date has been set. The deadline for objections is reset to August 27, 2007, and the deadline for submission for a final exhibit list, including all objections that could not be resolved by agreement of the parties, shall be submitted on or before October 15, 2007, but not later than forty-five days before trial in the event that a closer trial date is set.
